Tear resistant - P Garnett and Son have devised the only standard in the world for testing the strength of gift wrap. If you believe that the product you have purchased is proven to be sourced from our company by evidence to this effect then we will test the product for its strength. If the product fails the specific test we have devised we will replace the product with a material that does satisfy the standard. The product that we provide is at our complete discretion. Glitter fast - The glitter process we have designed is intended to adhere the glitter used in the coating process to the surface of the paper. If you believe that the product you have purchased is proven to be sourced from our company by evidence to this effect then we will test the product for its strength. If the product fails the specific test we have devised we will replace the product with a material that does satisfy the standard. The product that we provide is at our complete discretion. Lift resistant - The surface colour is robust and designed to resist being lifted when reasonable care is taken removing tape that has been applied to seal a package. P Garnett and Son cannot guarantee every possible tape that is available but is confident that if reasonable care is taken when removing tape from the surface of the paper that many forms of tape can be removed without the surface coating lifting off the surface of the paper. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
Garnetts has established the ONLY standard in the world for testing the strength of gift wrap.
If you have a complaint about the strength, colour lift or glitter (where applicable) of an Alchemy branded product, return the material along with all the packaging to P. Garnett & Son Ltd, Wharfeside, Otley, West Yorkshire, LS21 1QJ. If you comply with these test conditions, the material you have returned will be tested against all three criteria, including the 'Hard To Tear (HTT) standard. If your purchase fails the HTT, colour lift, or glitter (where applicable) tests we will send you a new product that we will have re-tested prior to despatch and that we know is a conforming product . This does not affect your statutory rights.
This system is exclusive to Garnetts but may be licensed to other brands.
